Our mission at Ginger Ted is to improve the lives of dogs and their owners by designing and supplying the best, high quality products. With a philosophy to deliver excellent service we aim to continue to earn the trust and smiles of our customers and their pets together with the pride of our employees.
For all orders over £30.00 we will ship free of charge to all locations in the UK (including the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man). However in the event your order is under £30.00 there is a standard UK delivery charge of £2.95 per order.
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day if received before 12pm (noon) but no later than 24 hours from receipt. We also offer an Express Delivery service which means your order can be with you within 1 to 2 days. Standard Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker.
We want you to be fully satisfied every time you shop with Ginger Ted. However should you wish to return items, we offer a No Fuss Returns policy within 30 days of any purchase as long your purchase is returned in a re-saleable condition.
Branded Ginger Ted products are designed and sourced by ourselves, ensuring high quality, functional items at low prices.

We use PayPal as our payment provider and Shopify to host our site, so you can always shop confidently that all transactions are secure. We never see or store your credit card information in our systems. Our website is tested daily and updated with the latest security updates.
At Ginger Ted we support several local charities and national charities including Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and Animal Ark.
