FREE UK DELIVERY
For all orders over £30.00 we will ship free of charge to all locations in the UK and Isle of Man (including the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands). For orders under £30.00 there is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per order.
FAST DELIVERY
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day if received before 12pm (noon) but no later than 24 hours from receipt. We also offer an Express Delivery service which means your order can be with you within 1 to 2 days. Standard Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker.
NO FUSS RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied every time you shop with Ginger Ted. However should you wish to return items, we offer a No Fuss Returns policy within 30 days of any purchase as long your purchase is returned in a re-saleable condition.

We use PayPal as our payment provider and Shopify to host our site, so you can always shop confidently that all transactions are secure. We never see or store your credit card information in our systems. Our website is tested daily and updated with the latest security updates.
