DESCRIPTION
Bamboo Drying towels designed to dry and clean your dog quickly after a muddy wet walk, bath or hydrotherapy. The bamboo mix fabric is ultra absorbent, breathable and quick drying. Bamboo itself is a natural fibre both anti-microbial and hypo-allergenic. Bamboo has many advantages over traditional cotton with a softer feel, natural UV protection and more eco-friendly.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash warm (40deg). wash dark colours separately, tumble dry low, do not dry clean, do not iron.

DELIVERY
Ginger Ted currently dispatches to the UK, Europe, North America, Australasia and most countries worldwide. Please email us at customerservice@gingerted.co.uk if your country location does not show at check-out.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you order before 12pm (noon) UK time we will endeavour to send your order the same day. However at peak times and in the case of personalised or special products (ie embroideries and harness slots) dispatch may take a little longer.
UK, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN
We offer FREE DELIVERY for all UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man orders over £25.00. For orders under £25.00 there is a standard £2.95 delivery charge. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days but is often far quicker.
For EXPRESS DELIVERIES choose the expedited option at check-out. Delivery is guaranteed 24 hours (weekdays only) from dispatch.
EUROPE
We ship to Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Malta, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland and Portugal on a DDP (delivery & duty paid) basis ie you should NOT be charged any import duties or local sales tax.
For other european countries (including Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden) orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery, Duty Unpaid). This means you will be responsible for customs duties and local sales tax.
STANDARD DELIVERY is €15.00 or all orders under €60. €20.00 for orders between €60 and €120, €25.00 for orders between €120 and €200. For orders over €200 please contact us. Delivery normally takes 5 to 10 working days.
NORTH AMERICA
We ship to United States of America and Canada on a DDU (delivery & duty unpaid) basis ie you may be charged import duty and local sales tax by your local delivery company or courier.
STANDARD DELIVERY is $20.00 or all orders under $75, $30 for all orders between $75 and $150, $40 for all orders between $150 and $250. For orders over $250 please contact us. Delivery normally takes 5 to 10 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD (Including Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
We ship to the rest of the world on a DDU (delivery & duty unpaid) basis ie you may be charged import duty and local sales tax by your local delivery company or courier.
STANDARD DELIVERY is £17.50 or all orders under £50.00, £25.00 for all orders between $50 and £100, £35 for all orders between £100 and £200. For orders over £200 please contact us. Delivery normally takes 5 to 10 working days.
RETURNS
If you wish to return a product we offer No Fuss returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note we can only accept items back if they are returned in a re-saleable condition ie in the original packaging, with the original tags attached and free from any dog hairs or smells. Items not received in this condition will be returned to the original delivery address.
