Returns and Exchanges

We are always happy to exchange for an alternative size or process a refund within 30 days of your original purchase. Return instructions are included with your order on the reverse of your order confirmation. If you need a new returns and exchange form you can download one here. Please return the item to the address below ensuring it is returned in a re-saleable condition ie in the original packaging, with the original tags attached and free from dog hairs or smells otherwise we will be unable to handle your return.

So we can identify your item please ensure you have included a copy of your original order, or complete a new returns form, or you can write a note that states your order/invoice (begins with the number SH) and clearly add your exchange or refund instructions.

We do recommend items are sent back to us by recorded and/or tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.

Upon receipt we will send out the exchange requested or process your refund.

Please note for sale, embroidered, alterations, added zips and personalised items, we are unable offer refunds or exchanges.
