I would like to pay by cheque, is this possible?

Regretfully we are unable to process orders for payment by cheque. We are happy to accept debit cards and a variety of credit cards through our payment provider PayPal. 

 

Is there a promotional discount code I can use to obtain a discount?

From time to time Ginger Ted may offer promotions and discounts, which will be advertised. Simply enter the promotional code at checkout and the discount and/or offer will be applied to your order. Please note that promotions are only available for limited time periods, outside of these periods the discount code will not apply.

 

I am worried about entering my credit card details, is your website secure?

Ginger Ted uses PayPal to process credit and debit card orders. All transactions are highly encrypted and all card details are totally secure. During any transaction we do not see any card details or store any such information.

 

How do I order the correct size Dog Coat for my dog?

To order the correct size dog coat, measure your dog from the back of the neck to the start of the tail. If the measurement is between sizes we would suggest you come down a size.

Which size Dog Bed should I order?

The dog bed you order needs to be big enough to allow your dog to completely lay out with his legs stretched out. As a guide when your dog is laid down and relaxed, measure from his nose to his back-end, where the tail begins. This will give you an idea of the length of the dog bed to order.

 

How do I wash my Dog Bed?

Before you wash your bed first remove all excess hair and dirt, otherwise you may find your washing machine or sink could be become plugged or blocked. We would recommend using a brush or even sticky tape wrapped around your hand. The outer covers of our dog beds are all washable but not the filling. Therefore remember to remove the cover first and leave the filling to air for a few hours. Wash the cover separately on a cool wash (30degrees). Do not tumble dry but rather allow to dry naturally but not over a radiator.

 

How Quickly will I get my order ?

If you order before 11am we will endeavour to dispatch the very same day. Our standard delivery service is 3 to 5 days, but in most case your goods will arrive within 3 days. For faster deliveries we offer an Express Service which will deliver between 1 and 2 days.

Will my order be Tracked and do I need to sign for my delivery ?

For larger orders (normally over £15 in value or over 500g) we use courier services such as Hermes. We will email you with a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your order. Your delivery may need to be signed for but if not our couriers will normally try two neighbours if they are unable to delivery to your address, or find a safe location hidden from view. If necessary a calling card will be left for you to contact them to arrange a re-delivery. For smaller orders your order will delivered by Royal Mail.

 

Where do you Deliver ?

We deliver to most locations in the UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Borders. We will shortly be expanding to several European destinations.

 

Will my order be Tracked and do I need to sign for my delivery ?

For larger orders (normally over £40 in value or over 1kg) we use courier services such as Hermes. We will email you with a tracking reference once your order has been despatched, so you can track your order. Your delivery may need to be signed for but if not our couriers will normally try two neighbours if they are unable to delivery to your address, or find a safe location hidden from view. If necessary a calling card will be left for you to contact them to arrange a redelivery. For smaller orders your order will delivered by Royal Mail.
